// Volume & multi-site
More than one screen, or more than one site.
There is one price and one licence, and a bar, a museum and a living room all buy the same one. What a rollout needs first is usually a conversation — several rooms, several sites, a purchase order, or a question somebody has to answer before anything gets installed. This is where to have it.
Write to us if
- ›You are putting this in more than one room, or in more than one building.
- ›Finance needs a purchase order, or an invoice made out a particular way.
- ›IT has a question the security page does not already answer.
- ›You are speccing an install and need to know what the app does — and does not do — before you commit to it.
- ›You run rooms for someone else: a group, an operator, an AV integrator, a landlord.
What to put in it
5 things, and we ask for nothing else. There is no form on this site to type them into — the button below opens your own mail app with those lines already in it.
- Name
- So we know who we are answering.
- The address you want the reply on.
- Organisation
- The group, the venue or the company this is for.
- Sites or screens, roughly
- “Four bars.” “One museum, three galleries.” “A dozen hotels, one screen in each.” A rough number is enough.
- What you need
- The question, in your own words.

What happens to it
It goes to [email protected] and nowhere else. This website has no form and no server of its own: the button hands those lines to your mail app, your mail app sends them, and not a word of what you write passes through this site or reaches our analytics — there is no field here for it to come from.
A person reads it and answers. There is no automatic reply, so silence for a day means a day has passed, not that something went wrong. You are not added to a list, because there is no list: the one this site used to keep was retired, and nothing replaced it.
The full position, app and website: what we hold and what we send
Already answered
- Lost licence key
- The key from a purchase, re-sent to the address that bought it.
- What it sends and opens
- The hosts, the ports, the entitlement, the signing — the page to forward to IT.
- Flashing and public rooms
- What the flash-safety setting does, and which scenes declare their own ceiling.
- The price, and what it removes
- $199, once, and the one thing it changes about the app.
